The standard thickness is 0.8mm, regardless of the sizes, while it ranges from 0.3mm to 1.8mm. With or without electro plating can be optional. The feature of this process is lower cost (not so labor intensive) and faster lead time. This process is ideal for promotions with bigger quantity yet less budget while expecting faster lead time. It also ideal for those who demand that there is no metallic line between each color and preferred CYMK format is the only choice.
